The Daily Pennsylvanian: New apartment complex for Penn and USciences students to open on 42nd and Ludlow in 2020

A five-story apartment complex will be opening on the corner of 42nd and Ludlow Streets in July 2020. The Daily Pennsylvanian previewed the apartment complex in an article mentioning that the company, University Realty, also manages apartments for USciences students.
