SevenFifty Daily: New Test May Prevent Exploding Beer Bottles

Matt Farber, the director of the Brewing Science Certificate Program, has created a medium to detect a beer contaminant that has led to million-dollar recalls in recent years. SevenFifty Daily’s Tara Nurin details Dr. Farber’s new test, which has been licensed to Weber Scientific, called Farber Pham Diastaticus Medium.
