Serve on corporate boards…Marvin Samson, who had been CEO of Qualitest Pharmaceuticals when it was bought by Endo Health Solutions Inc. in 2010, was named to the board of Antares Pharma Inc., a drug company in Ewing, N.J. Samson, 71, is chairman of the board of trustees of the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
