Pilot Program for Autism Takes Off

Going to the airport, passing through security, and finally boarding a flight is a stressful experience for almost anyone. The atmosphere can be particularly trying for a child with autism. But a unique pilot program that teams experts at University of the Sciences with those at Albert Einstein Medical Center looks to make the experience better for not only the families and children with autism but for the airport and airline personnel who interact with them.
