Philadelphia Daily News: Last weeks of curfew may snag some young freshmen

AS COLLEGE freshmen begin to flock to Philadelphia, some may be forced by the city's new extended curfew to spend their first couple of weekends in their dorms. Bernard Gollotti, chief security officer at University of the Sciences, said the school plans to send an email to students reminding them of the curfew boundaries and limits, although only a small group will be affected.

UPS Board Names Pharma Expert Dr. Candace Kendle a Director

The UPS Board of Directors today named Dr. Candace Kendle, a noted expert in the biopharmaceutical industry, a company director effective immediately. Dr. Kendle held a faculty at Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science, and the University of Cincinnati College of Pharmacy.
